Greek Life went on to win best Mediterranean Cookbook and Best Self-Published cookbook in the prestigious Gourmand International Cookbook Awards.
More recently I was the recipient of a multi-thousand dollar gift to attend a leadership conference in Melbourne, an invited speaker at an International Women’s Day event, an MC at a university alumni event, a freelance contributor to a magazine, and an inaugural ambassador for Catherine House, a home for vulnerable women.
Being both creative and strategic I bring my entrepreneurial spirit and innovation to big picture thinking, and I love to explore the world of possibilities.
In May 2019 Business Class Collective was launched, and I published a lifestyle and philosophy book titled Living a Life of Inspiration and Meaning and a unique diary. Both have literally transformed peoples’ lives.
